After 34 years in management, and having had twenty businesses of my own, I have a pretty good understanding of the daily pressures faced by today’s business owner.
One of the things I found most difficult was that feeling of isolation at the top, where ‘the buck stops with you’.
Sometimes you know that there are things you don’t know or things you are missing that could improve your business results, but you just don’t know who to ask for help.
With that in mind, I decided to launch my own consulting system to help businesses with exactly those problems.
Years ago, I worked with some fantastic management consultants, David Adams and Bernie Wimbush here in Perth, Western Australia, so when I sold my core tourism business in 2010, I decided to add to the skills I had learned from those guys.

I have always been committed to a continuous improvement programme in my life – it’s what the Japanese call ‘Kaizen’, but I then spent most of 2011 cramming my brain full of coaching materials.
The full list of training I have undertaken is in my media kit, (key trainers include Tony Robbins, Jeff and Kane, Dr John Demartini, to name but a few) but through 2011 to 2012 I invested over $60,000 on coaching and training courses (plus flights and accommodation), so that I could better serve my new clients. It’s a process of self-education and personal development to which I am committed for life.

The Club Red Business Consulting Programme
Objective, Practical Support
The Club Red Business Consulting Programme is for people who already have a business, but who know they need some objective advice or assistance from a business consultant in order to grow their business.
Consulting can be conducted on the basis of a complete review, or on specific areas of the business, perhaps on a project basis, or on a reporting basis.
Consulting will require information gathering, leading to development of an action plan , with agreed objectives over an agreed period or the development of a report with recommendations.
The fee for business coaching services is negotiable, depending on the size and scale of the project.
The easiest way to start is to get together for a chat over a cuppa and see where it goes.
